Description

What To Expect

How To Use
Insert the prescribed amount of estradiol vaginal cream into the vagina using the provided calibrated applicator, typically at bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Fill the applicator to the prescribed dosage line, insert gently into the vagina, and depress the plunger to release the cream. Wash the applicator with warm soapy water after each use and allow to air dry. Continue use as prescribed even after symptoms improve to maintain vaginal tissue health.
Safety Information
Vaginal estradiol is generally well-tolerated with minimal systemic absorption when used at recommended doses. Potential side effects may include vaginal discharge, mild irritation, spotting, or breast tenderness. This product should not be used by women with a history of estrogen-dependent cancers, unexplained vaginal bleeding, active blood clots or history of stroke, or active liver disease without thorough medical evaluation.
